Turkish Fuel Services (TFS) has taken ownership of three experience rooms within the Ramadan Village established at Istanbul Airport during the month of Ramadan, creating an environmental awareness-themed experience area for children. This initiative, implemented in collaboration with IGA at Istanbul Airport, which hosts thousands of passengers daily and where TFS operates, aims to combine the unifying atmosphere of Ramadan with a sense of sustainability.
TFS Green Experience Area
In the TFS Green experience area, children can engage with digital and interactive games through:
- You are learning the basic principles of waste management,
- We are experiencing the environmental benefits of recycling.
- Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) refueling simulation introduces approaches to reducing carbon footprint in aviation.
This experiential learning space aims to help children develop an awareness of environmental responsibility at an early age, while also creating fundamental awareness about sustainability efforts in the aviation sector.
Operational Strength and Sense of Responsibility Combined
TFS, which provides fuel to aircraft at Istanbul Airport, supports its operational strength not only with service quality but also with its social and environmental responsibility approach.
With this project carried out within the scope of Ramazan Village, TFS continues to take responsibility for a more sustainable future by supporting environmental awareness in an environment where cultural values are preserved.
