In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”), TFS Fuel Services (“TFS”) has the title of data controller.
b) For What Purpose the Personal Data Will Be Processed
Your personal data, for the purposes listed below; The personal data specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698 may be processed within the processing conditions;

• The Company protects and uses the rights granted to it on legal grounds,
• Employees to protect and exercise the rights granted to them on the legal basis of the personnel,
• To be able to analyze personal data and information by evaluating them in statistical studies without disclosing identity in order to improve the services,
• To ensure the security of your personal data held by TFS and to transfer your data for this purpose to be preserved,

• To ensure the fulfillment of legal obligations as required or required by legal regulations.
Your personal data collected; In accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the KVKK and within the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and in order to benefit you from the services provided by TFS, to ensure the legal and commercial security of the persons in business relations with our Company, To TFS and its related companies/organizations, including the companies/organizations and subsidiaries to be established under the roof of TFS and their business partners, suppliers, service providers, real and/or legal person shareholders for the purposes of determining and implementing the service and business strategies of our Company and ensuring the execution of the policies of our Company; It can be transferred to legally authorized public institutions and private persons, branches, representatives, authorized official institutions and organizations for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligation and to the relevant judicial authorities in order to carry out or follow up the judicial processes.
d) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected by TFS physically, verbally, in writing or electronically. TFS processes and shares your personal data in order to fulfill its legal obligations and for the reasons expressly stipulated by law.
e) Rights of the Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of the KVK Law
