Job Description
The Purchasing Specialist is responsible for effectively and efficiently executing purchasing processes to meet the company’s material and service needs. This position will report to the Purchasing and Administrative Affairs Manager and will undertake the following duties:
- Evaluating purchasing requests in accordance with technical and administrative conditions.
- Collecting offers from suppliers, comparing them and making the most suitable purchase

Job Description
The Port Operations Engineer ensures that ship unloading operations and port systems comply with international standards and company procedures. He/she supports the safe, efficient, and coordinated execution of operational processes.
- Supervising ship evacuation operations and ensuring the smooth running of the operation
- Performing daily field checks (drain tanks, pump station, fire systems, filling arms, etc.)
- Monitoring the operation from SCADA and automation systems and intervening when necessary
- Coordinating malfunction, maintenance and investment work, conducting occupational health and safety checks
- Ensuring periodic checks of fire extinguishing systems
- Organizing the training and exercise processes of the port team and conducting joint exercises with subcontractors.

Conduct periodic field inspections.

The Port Operations Engineer ensures that ship unloading operations and port systems comply with international standards and company procedures. He/she supports the safe, efficient, and coordinated execution of operational processes.
- Supervising ship evacuation operations and ensuring the smooth running of the operation
- Performing daily field checks (drain tanks, pump station, fire systems, filling arms, etc.)

Job Description
The Port Operations Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient conduct of ship discharge operations. They perform routine inspections and maintenance of port systems, ensuring that operations comply with international standards, company procedures, and legal requirements.
- Monitoring the meter, fuel pump, docking, connecting and filling systems via automation screens
- Performing periodic checks of systems and ensuring they are in working order
- To monitor the field during malfunction, maintenance and investment processes.
- Completing preparations before the ship discharge, connecting rope operations and loading arms
- Taking fuel samples and performing quality checks during the evacuation process
- Making necessary adjustments by monitoring automation systems
- Ensuring the safe departure of the ship from the port
- Planning shift patterns, conducting team management and training processes
- Ensuring coordination with Customs, Coastal Safety, Coast Guard and other stakeholders

Job Description
Conduct periodic field inspections.
Carry out troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
Communicate with the Operations Unit and intervene in case of malfunctions.
Handover tasks to the next shift at the end of duty.
